With her unique background, having a B.S in Cytogenetic Technology, she has an eye for detail and communication. Continuing to hone her skills in high school and college, Kathleen began her professional career at upscale salons such as Intrinsics, Art of Hair and Visible Changes. But her motivation to thrive creatively, initiated her transition from salon stylist to entrepreneur. As a result, pronounced koh-uh-les.....Koalesce by Kathleen was born. Koalesce meaning " combining different elements together to become one. From your initial meeting to the finishing touches, Kathleen caters to the  clients'  needs by listening to the details of the needs of the client while collaborating the vision with various beauty options to make the clients personal vision come to life.
